Bowers & Company CPAs: Team Discovery Program 2021
The Bowers Team Discovery Program is available to current accounting majors who have completed at least their sophomore year and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. The program objective is to introduce participants to the field of public accounting, our people and culture. Attendees will hear directly from our staff about the exciting clients and project work handled at the firm. Also, we’ll introduce attendees to former staff who moved on to high level careers in industry and other cities.
The program will be held in-person and consist of panel discussions, workshops and activities. Participants should take away valuable knowledge of the recruiting cycle, daily work life at a CPA firm and how to prepare themselves for starting their career. In addition, the personal connections they make will serve as a valuable resource during the remainder of their college years and beyond.
Bowers & Company CPAs is a 100+ person CPA with offices in Syracuse and Watertown NY providing audit, taxation, merger & acquisition advisory, outsourced CFO, valuation, financial planning and other consulting services to our nationwide client base.

As a firm we believe that it is important to contribute to the community in which we live, work and play. We will arrange a brief community service opportunity that you can participate in with our staff.
